Our Ministry Model
Make disciples.
Transform communities.
Equip a new generation.
We see discipleship as a central cornerstone for ministry. Our goal is to make disciples among the people in the rural communities we serve and teach them life and business skills that they can use to transform their local communities.

We desire to see these disciples return to their communities with the skills needed to spread the gospel and improve living standards through economic growth. The next generation to rise from these communities will be able to strengthen and multiply these economic and spiritual efforts!
Biblical Teaching
Discipleship is a priority for Project PWG. This is the cornerstone of the Plant, Water, Grow concept from a spiritual perspective.
Community outreach programs and Christian education will provide opportunities for discipleship and spiritual growth among community members and PWG workers.

The two primary areas for formalized Christian education will be through an established Christian school to meet the needs of the local children, and a training center to help young adults learn marketable trades.
Business Operations
The literal aspect of the Plant, Water, Grow concept is the farm and other small business endeavors that will help fund Project PWG and provide needed resources to the community through agricultural development.

Zimbabwe used to be known as the breadbasket of Africa. It is rich in resources and land is literally ripe for the harvest. The business operations of Project PWG will not only provide funding for the ministry's needs but will provide a practical platform in which students and community members can practice business skills. Renewed skills and passion can help revive the local economy and strengthen the future of the next generation of Zimbabweans.
